If you are “waiting”, you will be sorely disappointed. You have very powerful tools available to you that can help you CREATE income. My advice would be to learn and use the tools to CREATE the money you are looking for. Drop the whole idea of “waiting for years”. Don’t wait. Create.

Hi Brian what are your Thoughts on all these Trafficwave Team Sites that are out there promoting for members

My thoughts are that it can be fun to work with a team. BUT … those teams that are focused on “recruiting” without actually learning and using the tools for their purpose are shooting themselves in the leg. Their attrition rate is higher than their referral rate. And, with a system like this, that’s just silly.
My advice to every team is to ABSOLUTELY work with your team and help them build. AND HELP THEM LEARN TO USE THE TOOLS so they are getting real value from the system.
When I see someone sign up and use the tools to build prospect lists for their business AND refer others to TrafficWave, they are winning on two levels: Increased leads and sales for their business AND additional income as a TrafficWave Affiliate.
When I see someone sign up for a “team build” without actually using the tools, and they don’t see some sort of “miracle money magic” happening, they quit and think things like “it doesn’t work”.
I am seeing one team in particular, lately, that is VERY focused on showing their team members how to use the tools to build their own lists. Along the way, as they show more how to do the same, their income grows on two levels. I believe this team will be making big noise soon.

I noticed recently that you had written a favorable letter of endorsements (so to speak) for a paticular team.
Some parts (if not all) of the letter was used in a webpage promoting that team which includes your name and picture.
Is that the team you are referring to?
What are the requirements for a other teams to get endorsements from you?

Hi, Jeff. I have never actually sent a letter of endorsement from me for any team. I do not endorse any team over another. I did recently send out a letter to the team you are referring to congratulating them on their success and encouraging them to learn and use the tools effectively. I constantly encourage every member to learn and use the tools effectively.

Hi Brian,
I reread the update with the quote from your letter and encouragement is a better word to describe the content.
I guess I ended up using endorsement because of the webpage I also saw, it can easily give people the impression you are promoting directly for that team. Have you seen it?
Maybe you could come up with something other teams could use as well to kind of even the playing field so to speak?

I haven’t seen it. I’m always happy to encourage every affiliate!

Since we seem to be Ontario the subject of Team Builds, I was wondering what your thoughts are about these team requiring people to sign up for a new account (even if they already have an account) in order to participate in the team build system.
Personally I am very much against this practice. It encourages poaching and seems unethical to me.

I think it’s ridiculous. Folks would do better to LEARN and USE the tools in the account they have. When someone joins a “team build” because they think that the team build is somehow the key to success, they are usually looking for someone else to build for them.
To my way of thinking, a real TEAM is when a group of people all WORK TOGETHER to achieve the best use of their tools, building their lists, and of course … making some extra money along the way.
Joining any “team” and not actually learning and using the tools is just silly. Professionals know better.
So … instead of opening a new account because this “team” or that “team” can do something for you, YOU take ownership of YOUR success by learning and using the tools in your business.

I have NO problem with a team that means people are working together for mutual success. I see some teams that do that very effectively.
The biggest complaints I get are when someone joins a team expecting that team to make them rich without them actually DOING anything. Repeatedly, I find that the folks who quit a team build citing “no results” are the same folks that never actually used the tools. I see that sort of thing over and over.

I think there is a definate difference between a ‘Team’ and a ‘Team Build’.
A ‘Team’ as was mentioned shares information in general for the good of everyone.
A ‘Team Build’ is a specific type of team that is building a downline where team members share a specific downline from the prespective of the person who started the team.
If you start a ‘Team Build’ the purpose is to help you build ‘your’ downline and also to help your downline build their downline as well.
‘Team’ share information, while ‘Team Builds’ are used to build downlines.

Brian, I have been with Traffic Wave for about four years now. Kindly explain to me why you do not disclose the actual incomes earned by these top affiliates. I have always wondered what my upline Dorothy Wargo makes in real terms!
Thanks in advance for your response!

There are a few reasons I do not disclose anyone’s income.
1) It is nobody’s business what someone else is earning.
2) Sharing that information could be interpreted as an income claim and income claims are illegal.
3) The number is irrelevant. One person would look at it and think, “I could never earn that much”. Another would look at it and think, “That is all they are earning?”
The only number anyone should be focused on is what they are earning their own business.

Wow! Yes, it is exciting to see my name back on the Leader Board again. Hopefully I can learn to be more consistent this time around. Having said that, it is not about how many new members you bring into the business. It is about what you do with them now that they are here.
Congratulations to all the other TrafficWave Affiliates who reached for the top in May.
