You’re reading this article because you would like to grow your business quickly. So let me be clear about what we are going to cover. I am going to give you simple steps that you can take to grow your business quickly. There won’t be a product, download, or pdf to buy. There won’t be a high dollar coaching session that I offer. I am going to give you all the information absolutely free.
So, we want to start by learning to think about the two channels of communication you need to have in your business:

In order to grow your business quickly, you need to make sure you have clear channels of communication for both.
You need to be consistently generating new leads on a regular basis.
Then, as you begin to convert leads in to customers, you need to be able to communicate with those customers quickly and efficiently.
So let’s talk about lead generation.
The tools are:
This is your series of automated followup messages that you will set up to let leads know who you are and how you can help them solve a problem. This should be at least 5 to 7 messages that are written to show your leads that you are the one that can help them with whatever solution your business offers.
Your Capture Form
This is how people request your information. This is a form that should be on your web site, on your blog and on your social media profiles.
If you are brand new to setting up autoresponders and capture forms, that’s perfectly fine. We all start from zero. Back in early 2000, I had no autoresponder campaign, no capture forms, and no leads. I had to get started. Once you have your basic tools set up, the work comes in. This work is a matter of getting the word out about how you can help your customers. And, the things I am going to show you are absolutely free.
If you don’t have social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc…) open them now.
If you do have accounts, start engaging them in meaningful ways. Actually seek out and participate in relevant discussions and groups. Ask real questions. Share input if you have some experience. Be a responsible member/contributor.
Make your focus about adding real value to whatever the conversation is. Don’t just post a thumbs-up emoji. Don’t send out friend requests and pitch people blindly. Get to know people and let them get to know you. Let them see that you offer a real solution and real value. Over time, as they begin to trust you, they will actually seek out information from you.
As you begin to have more and more people request your information and your autoresponder continues to follow up, building rapport, and offering value, you will begin go grow your business quickly.
And that is when you need to be sure you have another channel of communication for your customers.
They no longer need to be “sold” so they should be taken out of your followup campaign and added to your customer service or training campaign.
This is a campaign you will use to inform, train, support, and relate to your customers. This is the campaign you will use to bring them back for add-on sales, repeat business, and release new offers.
It costs much less to keep a customer than it does to get a new customer.
