These are excellent, however, when personalizing the subject line I prefer to use just the first name. It just looks more personable. Think tele-marketing. When someone calls you and addresses you formally (with a “Hello, Mr. Smith.” or “Is Joe
Smith there?”) I am more inclined to discount the caller immediately. By them using just my first name at the beginning of the call, I am inclined to focus on the voice – even if its for mere seconds.
