My Sponsor Quit What Do I Do Now?

my sponsor quitMy Sponsor Quit. What Do I Do Now? Sadly, this question gets asked by far too many people in our industry. We joined the business because we believed that our sponsor was going to be there for us and help us succeed. And then … they quit.

This doesn’t mean they are bad people. It just means they gave up. And there could be any number of reasons for why. Sometimes, life becomes overwhelming. Sometimes, they just weren’t cut out to be leaders. There could be any number of reasons, really. But the real question for us to answer is:

“My sponsor quit. What Do I Do, Now?”

The first thing to look at is why you got involved in whatever business you chose. Was it because you wanted to make your sponsor wealthy? No. You had a dream for yourself. You had goals for yourself that you could see yourself achieving. Maybe you had dreams for your family, or how you would spend your time when your income allowed you to make that choice.

Having a good sponsor is great. The really good ones teach you how to be successful by example. They DO the things that lead to success and they TEACH others how to do the same.

Like most people, I’ve had good sponsors and bad sponsors. But, no matter who my sponsor was, I got paid based on what I did; not what my sponsor did.

So, we are faced with making a decision about our own business and our own success. When I found myself with bad sponsors, I would have to evaluate whether I really wanted to be successful. The answer was, “Of course, I did.”. So what I did when my sponsor quit or was just a “bad sponsor”, I would go upline. If the upline wasn’t any more helpful, I would go direct to the company resources.

Sometimes, I would think about quitting, myself. But I would remind myself of my goals and WHY I had started the business to begin with. I watched the training videos. I read the articles. I practiced. I made mistakes. And, along the way, I built my business.

Rest assured, we are here for you. We encourage you to immerse yourself in the training and apply the information by taking action. Feel free to ask any questions you have along the way. We look forward to celebrating your success along the way.

Yours In Success,

Timely post since our Team Atlantis long-time team leader just decided to quit without leaving another to lead the team. After 11 years, she just drops out though she’ll, of course, keep her TW account since she’s got hundreds under her and receiving good monthly income. While I don’t blame her for doing so ( health IS more important than anything ) I am discouraged that after 2+ years or so of sending traffic to our team pages -with some of it being paid traffic – and just signing up my wife a couple months ago, that she just dropped out without warning, without having another take her place and with just a “Goodbye and good luck” type of message sent through TW.

So my question is this: Who will take her place? Is it you Brian or we are just to fend for ourselves now? No team anymore? Kinda makes one NOT want to keep their subscription to TW, especially the newer folks that have recently joined with high exceptions of working together as a team to achieve their financial goals. I feel for her as I know of her recent troubles but to do this w/out warning or asking another to take her place is not..NOT the acts of a true leader IMHO. After all, I’m sure she didn’t just wake up the other day and decide to quit. She had to be thinking it over for a while. Now it’s the team’s time to think over whether or not to stay on.

      Hi, John.

      We wish her well, too.

If your goal is to build a TrafficWave business as an Affiliate, I will remain the leader of TrafficWave as I have been for over 20 years.

You’ve never been in a position where you have to “fend for yourselves”. I personally provide training, support, sample letters, sample ads, and live training. I have no intention of stopping, so my advice would be to plug in to the system I am using to personally refer 50+ each month and let’s work together to build your business. Feel free to ask any questions you have along the way.

      Brian Rooney
