There are a number of TrafficWave Support Options available to all of our users around the world. Many times, we just need someone to point us in the right direction, tell us where to find the right information, etc… In most cases, the information you are looking for is just a click away, from basic setup to advanced tracking, and more.
The key is to know where to look. This article is dedicated to showing you how to quickly get TrafficWave Support to make the most of your account with us.
For starters, be sure to log in to your back office. This is where you will find links for our training wiki and the option to open a support ticket if you are having trouble locating the help you need.
We also offer some pretty powerful training videos to help guide you along the way. Most videos are from 2 minutes to 8 minutes long making it very easy for you to quickly pick up new tips and techniques.
And, don’t forget to check out our LIVE Email Marketing Monday sessions! These sessions are conducted Live and online with CEO, Brian Rooney. This provides a great way to stay updated on what is happening with your company and ask questions directly of Mr Rooney, himself.
