You’ve logged in and you want to know how to find something, set up something, or get help. You need TrafficWave support. It happens to us all, especially in the beginning. This article is provided to help you get the fastest and easiest access to the help you seek.
Once you are logged in, on the right of your screen in your TrafficWave Members Area, you will see this section:
This section will give you the FASTEST way to find the information you need. We find that 99% of the time, when someone opens a support ticket, our response is to copy and send the link that already has the information they are looking for. We don’t mind pointing it out, but consider this:
When you open a support ticket for the TrafficWave support team, you could be stalling your own progress. In most cases, someone scrolls past the links to the information they are looking for, types in a support request to ask how to find it, waits for someone in support to see the message, gets the response which is … a link back to the resource they skipped.
In that time, it would have (in most cases) been quicker to scroll through the articles and videos.

A typical video on our YouTube training series is less than 5 minutes long. A quick read through a training article might be 3 – 10 minutes. Typical response time for a support ticket can be anywhere from 20-30 minutes up to 24 hours.
