Build and Train Your Team
Are you ready to build and train your team? Using autoresponders helps you spend your precious time on the important activities in your business, like driving sales and building your team.
If you are involved in any business model that involves building and supporting a team, you should be using autoresponders to streamline your systems so you can spend more of your precious business time working on income generating activities.
Autoresponders are perfectly suited to helping you create systems that lead to long-term success for yourself and your team. Let’s look at how you can get it done.
You will be setting up multiple campaigns in your account. Each campaign has a different purpose and will be used different ways. Let’s break them down individually.
Lead Generation and Followup
You want to build your own business, of course. This is how you lead by example. You do this by generating new leads and using autoresponders to follow up with those leads. Your online advertising should be directed to your capture page. Any interested prospects that visit your page can request information by filling out the form. Your autoresponder follows up to give them information, let them know about any specials offers, how to get more information, etc…
Downline Training
Your next campaign will be designed to communicate with and train your team. When you add a new team member, give them a link to your team web site or page so they can sign up to receive your training and updates.
Your first message in this series would be a “welcome to the team” email and should include the basics of how to start building, how to generate leads, how to get help, etc…
You would also use this campaign to announce training options, special events, celebrate goals being reached, etc…
You will probably see a lot of the same questions being asked by new team members. This autoresponder campaign is a great way to provide those answers.
Duplication Creates Results
To help your team duplicate your same activities, share your lead generation and follow up letters with them. This helps you get your new team members started faster since they won’t be spending time trying to figure out how to write their own follow up letters. Teach them how to set up their capture page or add a capture form to their web site. Share your letters with them from your TrafficWave campaign so they can do the same things you are doing to build your business.
As you continue getting your own solid results, leading by example, and training your team, your business can grow exponentially.

I think TrafficWave is an awesome, flat rate, reliable autoresponder service. I’m still learning the basics concerning setting up a campaign for the company I work for, but I definitely see the necessity of TW and know it will only add to our success.
Thanks, Brian, for all the helpful articles on your TW blog and for answering all my questions.
