In general, it’s a great idea, but concerning the German confirmation letter, it’s a big scarecrow for possible subscribers. The text is translated by a machine, therefore ugly to read and even a 4th grade German will get the sense of the English message way more quick than this “German” one. The handling of the German umlauts is not done correctly showing some weird signs instead of the proper umlauts.
A couple of weeks ago I have sent a translation by a native German as a support ticket and did not get any response since now.
So for the German part of it: do not use it if you want to have signups.

Great News Brian, this will really add a great torch to our news letters. Especially those of us who have subscriber from other languages.
Keep the good work going..

In this stage, you want to provide awesome content within a very short time frame. The reason for this is that you need to hook your subscribers from the beginning. If you provide low level content in this stage, your autoresponders open rate will suffer a lot later on.

You have control over which language your autoresponder campaigns are in as indicated in the post you are commenting on. Which “command” is it that you cannot see?

Although I live in Spanish speaking Panama I do not read or write Spanish but I feel I am neglecting a massive market here!
I would like to see a translator that actually works on the site so that I can compose in English but then Translate to Spanish!

I´m really happy…! few days ago i found the option by accident when i was updating one of my campaigns. I´m a spanish speaker and was very difficult to promote Traffcwave.Net in my native language.
This will be a game changer for Trafficwave and the affiliates who want to promote the service in their own native language, like me.
I´m seriously decided to help people who speak spanish so i´m translating and adapting the documentation of “Trafficwave.Net Wiki”.
If Brian let me… You can check it out this link.

Hello Brian,
I’m very happy to see your annuncement, because my mother language is Spanish, but I’m working as marketer in Brazil, it means that I need to manage three lenguages simultaneously, that results a little bit hard…, do you understand my happiness?.
Than you very much.

Does this only apply to new letters or can existing letters be converted to different languages?
Thanks,

You can create new letters in another language and/or edit existing letters to another language.
To edit an existing campaign, go to that campaign in your Campaign Manager and make your selection in “Campaign Language Preference”. Then edit your letters to the language you like.
